Welcome to Exeter Starlites Cheerleading!

Established in 2008 with just a handful of enthusiastic members, Exeter Starlites has grown into a vibrant, award-winning cheerleading team. Over the years, we have built a strong and supportive community that thrives on energy, teamwork, and passion.

Cheerleading is a dynamic sport that combines cheers, chants, stunts, jumps, arm motions, tumbling, and dance into exciting and polished routines. Our team performs Cheerleading, Stunt, and Pom Dance routines that showcase athleticism, creativity, and coordination.

Beyond the performance, cheerleading helps young people build confidence, improve self-esteem, stay active, and develop lasting friendships. It’s a fantastic way to grow both physically and socially in a fun, team-focused environment.

We currently run sessions in Exeter and Cranbrook, welcoming members of all ages and experience levels. Whether you are just starting out or looking to advance your skills, there is a place for you at Starlites.

All our coaches are fully trained to the appropriate level, hold valid DBS checks, and have completed the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport and Physical Activity course. We also ensure that a qualified first aider is present at every session, so you can feel confident your child is in safe hands.
